The Challenges We Faced
For years, Michi watched nail techs chase success by attending every course, buying the latest tools, and following trends—hoping for that one quick fix.
But time and time again, they left the courses without applying the teachings, constantly seeking the next “shiny object.”
She realized that success doesn’t come from the latest brush or technique.
It comes from relentless practice, consistency, and a mindset that embraces growth and hard work.
Only those willing to invest time, effort, and resources truly achieve long-term success.

The Breakthrough
Michi, who has always been passionate about helping nail techs achieve their best, realized a crucial truth after years of teaching—success is driven by mindset.
She observed that the students who excelled weren’t the ones attending the most courses, but the ones willing to change their thinking, take action, and practice consistently.
This led to a powerful revelation: she couldn’t help everyone, but she could help those seeking transformation.
At the same time, Cheyenne was on her own journey.
After returning from Japan feeling lost, she began working with Michi at Fantasy Nails.
What started as helping out in the family business turned into her path to personal growth and self-discovery.
She realized that she didn’t just need new skills—she needed a mindset shift.
Through her transformation, she saw how important mindset is in personal and professional growth.

Michi’s years of experience from running salons, building a nail brand to educating nail techs and Cheyenne's newfound passion for entrepreneurship and growth created a powerful partnership.
Together, they founded Unique Minds Vision to help others unlock their full potential.

Michi C. Brink
Michiko Catharina Brink is the Founder of UNIQUE MINDS VISION and the Founder & Executive Director of Education for FANTASY NAILS.
Being half Swedish & half Japanese, Michi was born in Tokyo, Japan but raised in Sweden from the age of 5. She currently lives in Málaga, Spain, where she has lived for the past 25 years.
Michi speaks Swedish, Japanese, English & Spanish and has also studied French, German & Italian. Having had a significant interest in languages & learning from a very young age has given her many opportunities during her career. Because of her work in the Nail industry, she has had the immense opportunity to travel the world, teach & connect with thousands of students & professionals.
Anyone that comes across Michi can tell that she is the definition of a CREATIVE MIND! She loves creativity, studying, researching, and creating new and exciting projects. And we can all agree that she always manages to portray this in everything she does!
Her creativity & determination led her to start working as a Graphic Designer, which then took a completely unexpected turn, and she ended up setting foot in the Nail Industry, where she has been using all of her creativity & artistic skills to her highest potential.
For over +20 years, she has been developing educational programs and products, teaching, competing and judging in international nail events. Up to this date, she still teaches Nail Techs worldwide and continues to be the brain behind FANTASY NAILS.
Meanwhile, she finds herself pursuing her purpose of educating & helping people become their HIGHEST VERSION with Cheyenne (her daughter) in this new adventure - UNIQUE MINDS VISION.

Cheyenne Yuki
Cheyenne Yuki Aguilar Brink is the Chief Operating Officer & Creative Director for UNIQUE MINDS VISION and FANTASY NAILS.
Being a quarter Spanish, Japanese, Swedish & Dutch, Cheyenne was born and raised in Málaga, Spain. Speaking Spanish, English, Swedish & Japanese.
Having lived in Osaka, Japan, she introduces herself by her second name, "Yuki". Meanwhile, back in Europe, she still refers by her first name or nickname, "Chey".
After graduating High School at 17, she moved directly to Osaka, Japan, where she studied & lived for two years. While studying, she signed up with a Model Agency and worked as a Model part-time, where she quickly grew a big passion & interest for the creative work behind the cameras. Shortly after graduating from her Japanese studies, she decided to take on Modelling full-time when she found herself travelling back home to Málaga due to COVID-19. Weeks after, Japan closed its borders, finding herself rethinking her plans.
Re-establishing her base back home in Málaga, she soon became a big part of FANTASY NAILS as a Creative, Editor & Brand Face. Meanwhile, she started studying for her Master's in FASHION & PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY. Now she works creatively in front & behind the camera. Thanks to her opportunity to work in the family business, she has found a great love & passion for all the entrepreneurial and creative work behind building a beauty brand, and is now fully immersed in the Business.
Having experienced her lowest & highest moments during the past few years, she found herself founding a big love & passion for the world of Neuroscience, Productivity & Wellness, understanding how to re-program herself into the person she wants to become.
Sharing this BIG PASSION with Michi led her to co-found & onboard this inspiring venture, UNIQUE MINDS VISION, where she too will share her story, experiences & knowledge.

Working hand-in-hand with Michi, not just in the world of Fantasy Nails but now in the space of self-development and entrepreneurship, has been an extraordinary journey.
I’ve witnessed firsthand the hard work, dedication, and passion she’s poured into every detail of Fantasy Nails since the very beginning.
Even though I didn't follow her steps as a Nail Tech, I am deeply grateful for all the knowledge and experience I’ve gained since working my way up in the business.
It’s been a privilege to learn from her and see how she’s built something special with such relentless commitment.
Our latest venture, however, has brought us even closer.
Diving into self-development and entrepreneurship together has been an exciting chapter, and it feels incredible to combine our passion for helping others grow while bringing Fantasy Nails into this new space as well.
After countless conversations and many eye-opening moments, we’ve bonded over the same interests—mindset, wellness, productivity, and business—each bringing us closer to our shared vision.
It’s no longer just about reaching goals; it’s about showing up every day as our best selves and helping others do the same.
